Cancellation Policy - Tiger Eyes Tourism:

If you find yourself needing to postpone or cancel your tour/travel due to unavoidable reasons, kindly inform us in writing. It is important to note that cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written notification. Please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

– The cancellation date will be calculated from the day after we receive the cancellation request via email, particularly if received after office hours. The tour start date will not be counted.

Cancellation Charges:
– 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
– 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
– 07 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
– 02 to 06 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
– Less than 48 hours or no show: NO REFUND.

Additional Information:
– Customers are required to wait a minimum of 24 hours for booking confirmation and vouchers, which will be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
– Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari amounts are non-refundable.
– In case of three persons, one room with one extra mattress will be provided.
– Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc., will be communicated via mail or phone before the travel date.
– Bookings for day visits to CTR during the rainy season (1st June to 14th Nov.) are provisional and can be canceled at short notice based on weather conditions. Visitors assume the risk during this period, and no refund can be claimed for cancellations due to bad weather conditions.
– Dhikala/Bijrani/Jhirna/Dhela Lodge bookings have a no-refund policy.
– Important Note: If your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical errors or seat unavailability, the entire amount will be refunded to your given bank account. Communication regarding this will be provided accordingly.
– During peak seasons, separate cancellation policies for hotel/Forest Lodges bookings on weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X’Mas & New Year) may apply and will be advised as needed.
– Liabilities and Limitations: Please be aware that any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges decided by the Government of India after finalizing the tour/service cost will be charged as extra.
– Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure/entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc., may necessitate itinerary changes. While we will strive to make suitable alternate arrangements, we cannot be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising from such circumstances.
– In case of disputes, the resolution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital.
