Welcome to www.tigereyestourism.com, the official website owned by the Ramnagar-based travel company “Tiger Eyes Tourism” accessible at https://tigereyestourism.com/. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined herein. The term “You” refers to the direct user or viewer of the website.

Tiger Eyes Tourism  accepts various forms of payment, including Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, and Direct Deposit. We kindly request that payments be made only into the company accounts.

For tour bookings, travelers can secure a reservation with a 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour. Alternatively, a 100% advance payment can be made to confirm the booking and enjoy additional discount benefits. Travelers are obligated to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable.

In all hotels, a base category room will be provided. Room upgrades will incur extra costs, payable directly to the hotel. Customers may need to wait a minimum of 24 hours for booking confirmation and vouchers, which will be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.

Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. It’s important to provide the correct age of passengers during booking to avoid penalties during travel.

In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotel, we will provide a similar standard hotel. For three persons, one room with one extra mattress will be provided.

Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc., will be communicated via mail or phone before the travel date. The difference amount shall be paid by the guest before the tour date.

We do not guarantee any specific safari zone or area, as it is subject to availability. The company reserves the right to change the safari zone based on availability, and customers cannot claim any specific area.

The company will not be responsible for any accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage. Failure to make the balance payment or any dues may result in the forfeiture of the advance payment, and all services will be stopped.

We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other circumstances require. The rates are not valid for long-weekend festivals like New Year, Christmas, etc.

In case of postponement or cancellation of your tour/travel due to unavoidable reasons, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written cancellation request. The following cancellation policy applies:

– 30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour cost.
– 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
– 07 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
– 02 to 06 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost (excluding Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari Cost).
– Less than 48 hours or no show: NO REFUND.
– Jeep, Canter, Elephant Safari amounts are non-refundable.

Additional Notes:
– The cancellation date is counted from the next day when we receive the cancellation request via email after office hours.
– The tour start date will not be counted.

In case of peak seasons or specific festivals, separate cancellation policies may apply, and customers will be informed as needed.

Our Liabilities and Limitations:
– After finalizing the tour/service cost, any hikes in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as extra.
– Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels, closure of/entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc., may necessitate itinerary changes. While we strive to make suitable alternate arrangements, we are not liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising from such circumstances.

In case of a dispute, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
